3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Thank you Tone It Up for this amazing recipe!!

Pre heat the oven at 350
Mix together the following ingredients
2 scoops of vanilla protein (I used Perfect Fit Protein)
1 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup egg whites

Roll 2 tbsp of mixture into balls, then press with fork. Should make 12 cookies

Bake for 10 min

I think a few chocolate chips would make these even better. But for no carb PB cookies they are pretty good!
