5 Tips To Help You Complete Your Workout Program
- Pick a calendar that works for you! I’m following CIZE – The Next Level
- Schedule your workouts into your calendar. This is an appointment that you must not miss!
- Have water near by! Remember you want to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces (ex 150 lb woman needs at least 75 oz of water)
- Make sure you’re in the proper gear. For CIZE your shoes need to be able to move so when you’re twisting you don’t get stuck and hurt your knees
- Play music! Make a playlist of fun songs to have while you’re learning the dance or working out
I’m following the CIZE program right now so these tips are geared towards CIZE but honestly they can apply towards any program!
