Beachbody on Demand Prenatal Workouts

Alright! It’s time to chat Prenatal Workouts!  I’ve had a lot of people ask me what I’m doing to stay on track with my fitness throughout my pregnancy.  First I have to say you MUST CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR before starting any new exercise program.  Especially when you’re pregnant.  I was already really active when I found out I was pregnant so my Dr cleared me to continue…and I’m a certified personal trainer who has worked training pregnant women.  So that helped my case too 🙂

When we first found out I was about to start the 21 Day Fix Extreme program.  So I decided to bump it down to the regular 21 day fix workout.

Then a new program called Country Heat came out in July.  That is a dance fitness program so I was able to dance it out everyday.  I did have “morning” sickness but my sickness didn’t start until the afternoon.  So I did my workout in the morning and usually had a preggie pop drop to help with the nausea.

If you’d like more info on either of those programs feel free to email me with subject pregnancy workouts

After I finished Country Heat I realized I was missing the strength training with weights.  So I created my own calendar using Beachbody on Demand.  You can actually try out Beachbody on Demand for free for 30 days. So if you’d like to give it a try and follow this schedule click here and reach out to me so I can help you log in and access everything.

If you already own Country Heat/CIZE you can mix up with dance workouts you use each week.  Otherwise you can use the free trial for both.  I used the free day to see how I was feeling..some days I went for a long walk, other days I danced it out again, and some days I did yoga. I followed this program when I was 14 weeks pregnant through week 17.  Then I switched over to a month of Chalean Extreme (also on BOD) and now I’m doing Core De Force.  I’ll be posting more on my pregnancy journey but I just wanted to get this out there for you ASAP.

Stay healthy and fit!  And remember to listen to your body.  Take rests when you need to, drink lots of water, and have fun!  This is your time for you!
