Bean and Turkey Soup


Modified a Hungry Girl recipe! ┬áIf you haven’t used any of her recipes I highly recommend you try one ASAP!

Thick N Hearty Big Bean Soup

1 15.5 of can of cannellini beans
1 15 oz can of pinto beans
1 15 oz can of black beans
(Drain and rinse all beans)
4 cups fat free vegetable broth
3 cups of chopped mushrooms
2 cups of chopped onion
1 1/4 cups shopped carrots
1/2 tablespoon garlic soup
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Add to crock pot and stir!
High 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours
Then use a hand blender to blend 2 cups until smooth and add back in

Then add cooked ground turkey for extra protein
