We used 6 oz salmon filets, no skin
First make the marinade – soy sauce, mirin, saki, and fresh ginger (split it in half, half to put on before, half to put on after)
Pour a little marinade over fish and let sit for 30 min
Bake at 400 for about 15 min or until salmon is 145F
Then add the other half of marinade (not what was soaking on the salmon) as a glaze on top of cooked fish!
