Eating foods I never liked

Ok…so this might come as a shock to you but I don’t really like vegetables.  I love fruit but I literally have to force myself to eat my veggies.  Especially now that I’m eating them at every meal.  I know I raved about my kale chips but my other favorite veggie recipe is called “cauliflower brain.” is an awesome fitness site

I also was pleasantly surprised with a fish recipe from Hungry Girl it’s so easy

I just used 1 tilapia fish – 1/8 c of chopped red onions – 1/2 c of mango salsa

Preheat the oven to 375, then place a piece of foil on a baking sheet, put the fish on the foil, then the salsa and red onions and wrap it up so it’s sealed shut.  Bake it for 15 minutes, let it sit, then carefully open your fish present.  Sooo delicious and I don’t even like fish at all!  If you haven’t bought a hungry girl recipe yet check out her website!  I’m sure this won’t be the first time I share one of her recipes with you!
