How to make kale chips

Ok so I just burnt my tongue on my kale chips…I was so excited to eat them and didn’t wait for them to cool off.  I never thought I’d like kale. I heard about kale chips a year ago but have recently become addicted.  They are great to have in the evening when I’m only allowed protein and a vegetable.  So how do you make them?

start off with some fresh kale

Break it up into pieces and place it on a covered baking sheet

Next  pre heat the oven to 350 degrees

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle sea salt or seasoned salt onto your “chips”

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the kale gets a little brown around the edges
