New Favorite Protein Pancake Recipe


Oh my goodness!!  So I have posted my favorite protein pancake recipe before….but I just discovered the walnut, blueberry, coconut combo!!  Yum yum yum!  Had to share!

Ingredients – 1/4 cup of egg whites

1 scoop of vanilla protein (I use perfect fit protein or vanilla shakeology)

1/4 cup of blueberries

small handful of walnut pieces

2 tbsp of 100% organic coconut flakes (I found these at whole foods)

Directions – mix ingredients together in a bowl, pour onto pan and cook about 2 minutes on each side, then ENJOY!!

About 300-350 calories depending on amount of coconut and nuts and very filling!
