Spicy Chicken Quinoa Bowl

Super easy and spicy chicken quinoa bowl

1 – Cut 1 onion and place in crockpot

2 – Put spices in bowl – I used 1 tsp of cayenne pepper, sea salt, pepper and flavor God

3 – Then coat chicken breast with speice rub and place in crock pot

4 – Cook on low for 5-6 hours

When it gets close to being done start quinoa and veggies

5 – Prepare quinoa according to the box

6 – Saute vegetables in a separate pan – I used zucchini, peppers, and onions

7 – Take chicken out, combine all ingredients in 1 bowl and ENJOY
