“Train like a beast, act like a beauty!” September challenge

Alright!  Have you missed me?  A lot has happened since my last blog post on here but I will get into that another day!  Today I want to set you up for SUCCESS!  After taking a vote on my facebook page I have decided to run a Beauty and the Beast challenge!

What does that mean?  I am going to give you two options!  One is to join in with Turbofire for a fun, cardio-kickboxing dance workout.  The other is to sign up for Body Beast for a strength training workout to build LEAN muscle mass.

Turbo-Fire-Before-and-Afters

I am looking for 5 individuals who have at least 5 lbs to lose who are ready to work closely with me for at least 30 days! I will help you figure out which program would be best for you because everyone is so different.

Women don’t worry!! There is a lean phase of body beast so you will not bulk up.  Strength training is so important as we age to build lean muscle mass and keep the metabolism fired up.
