Vanilla Lemon Cookies

Vanilla Lemon Cookies ūüćč


     1 cup all-purpose flour

¬† ¬† ¬†1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar

     1 tsp grated lemon zest

     1/2 cup unsalted butter 

     1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Heat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil 

     2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and zest. With an electric hand mixer, mix in butter and vanilla until dough is smooth

     3. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls and place 1.5 inches apart on foil. Bake for 15 minutes until bottoms are a golden brown. Cool on pan for 2 minutes and then move to wire rack to cool completely

¬† ¬† ¬†4. Dust confectioner’s sugar over the cookes
